SantosMods Terms of Service

By accessing SantosMods.dev, purchasing products, downloading files, or using any services provided through the SantosMods.dev platform or the X1S store, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to all products, files, digital downloads, licenses, scripts, assets, modifications, tools, and services distributed through the SantosMods.dev platform or the X1S store. All products offered through either platform are protected under these Terms of Service.

SantosMods.dev may host and distribute products created by multiple developers or studios. X1S is a participating store partner and may distribute products through the SantosMods platform or independently through its own storefront.

2. Usage Rights

Products provided through SantosMods.dev or X1S are licensed, not sold. Purchasing or downloading a product grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the product for personal use or within a single FiveM server or project environment.

Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, sharing, leaking, mirroring, or re-uploading any product or portion of a product is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission from the original developer or SantosMods.dev.

You may not claim authorship of any product distributed through SantosMods.dev or X1S, nor may you modify, repurpose, or redistribute the product for commercial or public distribution without permission.

3. Purchases and Payments

All purchases made through the SantosMods.dev store are processed through Stripe using the official website checkout system.

Products distributed by X1S may use PayPal as the payment processor depending on the storefront or checkout platform used.

By completing a purchase you agree to the payment processor’s terms and policies in addition to these Terms of Service.

All purchases are considered final unless otherwise required by law. Refunds are generally not provided for digital goods once delivery or access has been granted.

SantosMods.dev and participating creators reserve the right to change product pricing, product availability, or product distribution at any time without prior notice.

4. Licensing and Access

Product licenses may be tied to a specific user account, individual purchaser, or server instance depending on the product.

Licenses may not be transferred, resold, shared, or redistributed to other individuals, communities, or servers without authorization.

SantosMods.dev and participating creators reserve the right to suspend or revoke product access in cases of license abuse, redistribution, fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.

Unauthorized distribution, leaking, or commercial resale of protected content may result in account termination, license revocation, blacklisting, and DMCA enforcement where applicable.

5. Product Disclaimer

All products are provided "as is" without guarantees regarding compatibility, stability, or performance within any specific server environment, framework, or modification setup.

SantosMods.dev, X1S, and participating developers are not responsible for issues caused by third-party modifications, scripts, server configurations, or external resources.

Installation, configuration, and integration of products remain the responsibility of the user or server administrator.

6. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SantosMods.dev, X1S, and affiliated creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product or service.

This includes but is not limited to server downtime, configuration errors, data loss, compatibility issues, or operational disruptions.

7. Enforcement

Violations of these Terms may result in product access termination, account suspension, platform bans, and legal enforcement actions where appropriate.

SantosMods.dev reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse, unauthorized redistribution, or license abuse involving its products or partner products.

8. Updates to Terms

SantosMods.dev may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the website, products, or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
